‍Termination‍
‍Syft may terminate your access to the Services for any breach of these Terms.The Customer may terminate their subscription by providing written notice to Syft Holdings Corp. prior to the start of the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges. Termination requests should be sent to syft@syftai.com. Upon processing the termination, access to the Services will continue until the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for the remaining period of the current billing cycle.‍
‍Disclaimer of Warranties‍
‍The Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Syft does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.‍
‍Governing Law‍
‍These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.‍
